General Conduct

• Treat other players and staff with respect. Harassment, hate speech, and targeted abuse are not tolerated.
• No spamming, advertising other servers, or flooding chat channels.
• Impersonating a GM or staff member is grounds for an immediate ban.

Fair Play

• No use of bots, third-party automation, or exploits/bugs for personal gain. Report bugs to staff instead of abusing them.
• Account sharing/selling is allowed at your own risk — we cannot recover an account traded to someone else.
• Multi-boxing is allowed for PvE, but abusing multiple accounts to manipulate PvP, the AH, or votes is not.

Character & Guild Names

• No offensive, racist, sexual, or real-world celebrity/brand names. Staff may rename a character without warning if it violates this.

Enforcement

Depending on severity, staff may issue a warning, a temporary mute/suspension, or a permanent ban. Repeated or severe violations skip straight to a ban. Staff decisions can be appealed on Discord.

FAQ

How do I report a player or a bug?
Open a ticket on Discord, or use the in-game .ticket command to reach a GM directly.

I lost items/gold to a bug or another player, can I get them back?
Report it as soon as possible with as much detail as you can (time, character names, screenshots). We review these case by case.
